Some of our customers have noticed that the Coronavirus outbreak is starting to affect transit time for freight inbound from China, and potentially other overseas locations. If you have a shipment coming our way, here's what you can do to make sure we're ready to receive your goods quickly and without hiccups:
- Reach out to your carrier to find out if there are going to be changes to the ETA. Some carriers are more proactive than others.
- Update your Estimated Delivery Date by clicking "Add Note" on the Ship Notice.
- Most of our facilities require a delivery appointment. Reach out to our Operations team, or have your carrier reach out to their facility contact, if you need to make changes to that date.
